April 2010, Redbank Plains Jodie was our first point of contact when we saw our Redbank Plains house on realestate.com.au. She was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She helped us secure our new home by taking all the stress out of the buying process and did all of it herself while we sat in another state unable to even see the house personally. She even sketched us a drawing of the house plans because the real ones weren't available at the time. She has such a happy disposition that I could always tell she was smiling on the other end of the phone. Jodie always assured me that things were going to be alright when I was getting all negative and stressed. She was right! She made buying our home a picnic. Jodie is a professional in her field and at the same time is relaxed and laid back with a genuine sense of humour. If I ever buy another house in South East QLD area, Jodie is going to be the first person we will contact because she made it so easy the first time round. May 2010; Bellbird Park; Finally we had found the house of our dreams... But were in a bit of a quandary as not only did we have to sell our house first, it wasn’t even listed and no where near ready to be “on the marketâ€. Enter Jason Lamborne, sales person extraordinaire. The house we were buying was listed by His Ray White office at Redbank, so we decided to list ours with him also, extra motivation to sell we thought. Well he more than lived up to our expectations. Jason went out of his way to help us in all facets of selling and buying our new home. We just couldn’t have got it all together if he hadn’t been there continually motivating us, helping out with anything that he could, and being always at our beck and call.  We got a contract on our house within 2 weeks of it being listed. The team at Ray White was great, professional and friendly and finally it all came together. We love our new home, and even managed to get a spot feature on channel 9 (due to the unusual design of the house) and they even managed to get a shot of the RAY WHITE SOLD banner that was still out the front. June 2010; Collingwood Park; When we first met Jodie she was quite new to the selling of houses, taking that into consideration I would like to say that she really did listen to what we were after and wanted. We had dealt with some other realtors who would show us properties outside of our budget and our needs. Jodie took the time to listen to what we wanted and were looking for. Her honest approach to some properties that we wanted too look at was most appreciated as she knew that it wouldn’t suit our needs, however took us, as it was what we wanted to view. July 2010; When Jason asked me if I would write a testimonial to say how I found his service, I agreed instantly. Jason has sold 3 properties for me now and each time I’ve meant to write to his principal to voice my total satisfaction, but unfortunately have not done so. This now gives me the chance voice my belated appreciation. Jason is always extremely polite and informative. He graciously informs me of what I need to do to my house and yard to present it better for sale. He has even told me that the market was a bit slow at the moment and to wait a month or two before selling. He appeared to be correct and it was very much appreciated indeed. September 2010, Redbank Plains; Jodie is much more than just your real estate agent - she is your friend. We were a little nervous about purchasing our second home as it was so unexpected. We saw our dream house for sale when we were out for a walk one day, and just had to take a look inside. Of course it was perfect, and having Jodie to look after us was fantastic! We wanted to keep our first home as a rental, and the thought of going through a new purchase and learning how to be a landlord was very daunting! Jodie helped us through every step of the process and her knowledge of property (buying and renting) was very valuable. She kept us informed the entire time, and checked in regularly to see how we were going. I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone, especially first home buyers. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and confident through a very challenging process.

That’s why I’ve used Jason Lamborne almost exclusively for selling my properties in this area during that period. Getting a result is paramount to success in property investing and it’s very important that I deal with people who have their “finger on the pulse†in real time and who are looking after my best interests. Jason has always been very generous with his time and most importantly for me, there’s no BS when I conduct business with him. He has managed to get a higher price than list price in the good times, and managed to get me better than expected prices in the bad times.
